Description
Alfalfa seeds in organic quality. Its taste reminds watercress, but are finer and not much spicy. Seeds are ideal tp grow during the winter and early spring when much of fresh haven't grown yet. After a few days in the gingerbread, you can enjoy a newly grown and nutritious sprouts.
Soak it for 6-8 days, then rinse it with water and leave it for another 2-6 days to germinate. Preferably, rinse it three times a day. You can sprinkle fresh sprouts on bread with an excellent homemade spread, decorate soup, salad or even hailstones. The germinated mixture can be used with hot and cold dishes. For example, you can quickly fry it and use it together with vegetable mix with soba noodles. However, your body will appreciate it more as fresh. Alfalfa sprouts will be definitely enjoyed by macrobiotics or vegetarians.
