• Soaked - soak sesame for approximately 8 hours
• Roasted - all types of sesame taste delicious when roasted, they are pleasantly crispy,
  natural sesame gets beautiful scent. Peeled sesame get roasted pretty quickly, natural
  sesame get roasted for a quite a long time, up to 20 minutes.
• Pasta - sesame paste is called tahini. You will make the best tahini from peeled sesame,
  tahini made from unpeeled sesame is slightly bitter. For the preparation of butter made of
  black sesame, we recommend adding 2 table spoons of oil per 100 g.
• Beverage - sesame drink is slightly bitter. It is thus suitable rather as a supplementary food
  or when combined with other plant-based beverages.

Indian Sesame is an annual herb that has blue, violet or yellow blossoms and is up to 2 meters tall.
Sesame seeds can be found in the several centimetres long capsule that form on the plant. Sesame

a decoration in many meals.
