TIP: For proper dough proofing, we recommend adding at least 1 piece of regular flour per 4 pieces wholegrain flour.
Use:
- Pastry - bread or cookies, replace the regular flour in your recipe with the wholegrain rye one, it will enrich your menu
- Thickening - since the flour is finely ground, you can also use it to thicken meals, just be careful with the amount added
- Frying - pancakes, potato pancakes or hash browns taste great when prepared from wholegrain rye flour
- Dumplings, pasta, halušky - the wholegrain rye flour is also a perfect ingredient to use when preparing cooked side dishes
