Use:

Pastry - bread or cookies, mix regular flour with the soy one in your favourite recipe and enrich your home-made baked products
Thickening - since the soy flour is finely ground, it can be used to thicken meals
Frying - pancakes, potato pancakes or hash browns taste good when prepared form the combination of soy and another type of flour
Dumplings, pasta, halušky - the soy flour can be used when preparing cooked side dishes as well, just add it to another type of flour

Your dough should contain approximately 25% of soy flour. Soy flour does not contain gluten, that is why it is not recommended to use without any other type of flour. In addition to that, the soy flour will provide your dough with moisture and nutty flavour.

Instructions for preparation

Soy lecithin acts as an emulsifier, just like the lecithin contained in eggs. By adding 3-5% of soy flour into the pastry dough, we can replace an egg and significantly extend the pastry´s durability. When preparing pastry that does not contain yeast, we can replace regular flour by up to one quarter of the total flour dose with soy flour. Soy flour can also be used to thicken sauces or to replace up to one third of regular flour when preparing pancakes. Soy flour can be used in the preparation of many tasty vegetarian dishes.
