- Pastry - bread or cookies, mix regular flour with the soy one in your favourite recipe and enrich your home-made baked products
- Thickening - since the soy flour is finely ground, it can be used to thicken meals
- Frying - pancakes, potato pancakes or hash browns taste good when prepared form the combination of soy and another type of flour
- Dumplings, pasta, halušky - the soy flour can be used when preparing cooked side dishes as well, just add it to another type of flour
Your dough should contain approximately 25% of soy flour. Soy flour does not contain gluten, that is why it is not recommended to use without any other type of flour. In addition to that, the soy flour will provide your dough with moisture and nutty flavour.
