Use:

- Spread - pre soak the kamut wheat and then blend it until fine, add honey, carob, nutty oil, vanilla sugar and soy drink, blend everything to get an ideal consistency
- Flour - you can mill your own home-made whole-grain flour from the grains
- Stuffing - you can fill tomatoes, peppers or cabbage leaves with cooked kamut grains
- Pastina - kamut grain will give a structure to meals, therefore it is suitable as a pastina into meals such as creamy soups
