Description

Quinoa comes from South America, where it still belongs among the main agricultural crops. Incas even considered quinoa sacred, and with a bit of exaggeration we can say quinoa amazes us almost similarly also today. It is even being examined by the NASA as a nutritive suitable for astronauts during their long flights into the space.

Tips for using:

  • You can stuff various vegetables with quinoa and bake them - tomatoes, peppers or zucchinis.
  • Quinoa can be cooked as a sweet dish as well - as a porridge or a pudding.
