Description
These are still immature grains of pepper with an intensely aromatic scent; it tastes of lemon with soft pepper tones. You can enjoy it in a classic pepper sauce; fits with roasted fish or meat steaks. Try to experiment and add it to homemade chocolate or sprinkle freshly sliced strawberries. It tastes the best freshly milled in a spice grinder or stone mortar. It doesn't only add a new taste dimension to the dish, but also has a decorative effect thanks to its bright green color.
