Description

The tofu spice mix contains, for example, coriander, turmeric, lemongrass, ginger, mustard and other herbs. Perfect for the preparation of fried tofu or mixed with coconut milk, soy sauce and lemon juice as a marinade. The spice mix has a fresh and oriental taste and aroma. Thanks to the turmeric contained, the tofu spice mix will add not only taste but also a beautiful golden colour.
