Crispy muesli with carob sweetened with a drop of wheat syrup. Excellent for breakfast with vegetable milk and lots of fresh fruit, for a small snack or just for your sweet tooth during the day. Karob (locust beans) is a tasty alternative to cocoa. It comes from a tree called carob, which grows mainly in the Middle East. It has been cultivated here for at least 4000 years. Thanks to its naturally sweet taste, carob does not require sugar enrichment. Due to its fine consistency, it is not necessary to add a large amount of fat, which is common in chocolate production.
