Crispy muesli with carob sweetened with a drop of wheat syrup. Excellent for breakfast with vegetable milk and lots of fresh fruit, for a small snack or just for your sweet tooth during the day. Karob (locust beans) is a tasty alternative to cocoa. It comes from a tree called carob, which grows mainly in the Middle East. It has been cultivated here for at least 4000 years.
