Description
Agave syrup is thickened juice of agave cactus. It has a delicate and neutral taste and colour. Its density is somewhere in the middle. Agave syrup is a very versatile kitchen assistant.

- Home-made lemonade, ice tea, smoothies
- Marmalades, jams
- Salad dressing - mix agave syrup, olive oil, apple cider vinegar and tamari sauce
- Carob chocolate - mix agave syrup, cocoa butter and carob powder
