Description
Use:
- rice noodles with peanut sauce - marinate tofu cubes for in soy sauce30 minutes, then roast them in the pan, roast vegetables and mushrooms separately from the tofu and cook the noodles, mix vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, butter, water, crushed garlic and chopped chilli pepper in a saucepan and heat shortly, stir everything in the pan in the end, decorate with peanuts and coriander
- baked noodles - you can prepare classic ham and noodle casserole from rice noodles
- soups - before adding noodles to the soup, always cook and strain them separately, put them ideally into a dish full of soup
