Wholemeal wheat flour pasta has a universal use. It has a higher fiber content than conventional white flour pasta and thus feeds you for longer. You can prepare it salty with pesto, with sauces, or sweet with sprinkled nuts, cottage cheese or poppy seeds. You can bake it, or add it as a garnish to the soup or the hot or cold salad. Pasta is egg-free; thus, it can be enjoyed by vegans.
Use:
- with sauce -cover pasta with vegetable or creamy sauce and make your meal ready to eat.
- sweet - cover pasta with fruit sauce or with fruit syrup and sprinkle with cocoa or coconut.
- baked - bake pasta with vegetable, covered with creamy sauce.
- salad - Mix cold pasta with beans, fresh vegetables, herbs and sour cream dressing
