Use:

- Sweet baking - if you don´t have fresh fruit, don´t be afraid to add dried fruit into cakes, just be aware you need to adjust the recipe, since the dried fruit is much sweeter than the fresh ones
- Breakfast - you can add dried apples into your porridge or home-made breakfast muesli
- Cookies - you can coat the dried apples in chocolate for example
- Tea - boil křížaly, cinnamon, lemon peel for 30 minutes and let lye for 10 minutes more, strain the tea in the end and sweeten with honey
Fruit drying significantly contributes to its durability and can be used as an alternative to off-season fresh fruit. For better taste, the dried apples can be pre-soaked in warm water for half an hour before use.
