The expiration date of 2 years from the date of manufacture is achieved by heating to sterilization temperature and by subsequent shock cooling.

Storage
Store in a dry place at temperatures between 0 - 25 °C. After opening, store at temperatures up to 10°C for the maximum of 48 hours.
