Description

Pancakes are easily and quickly available for people with celiac disease thanks to this mixture. Fry them on a greased pan. Pancakes can be filled with both salty and sweet mixture. A really tasty combination is the one of spinach and cheese. You will also enjoy pancakes with curds, fruit, nuts and syrup. To give your pancakes an attractive look, you can decorate them with cream and sprinkled cocoa or chocolate topping. Many people also prefer classic marmalade or butter, cinnamon and sugar.

Paleta Foodsystem Company is one of the largest Czech producers of gluten-free products in the Czech Republic. It was established in Pilsen in 1991 originally with a focus on popcorn and cotton candy. Regarding the high demand for gluten-free products, the company has gradually began to focus on powdered gluten-free mixtures and flour.

How to prepare?

Instructions for preparation

Dilute 500 g of the mixture with 500 ml of water. Mix properly into a smooth dough. Pour in a thin layer on a hot and greased pan and fry on both sides.
