Description

Do not be afraid to enrich your buckwheat fibre bread with various seeds. You can mix sunflower seeds in the dough, for example, and sprinkle the top of the bread with pumpkin seeds. You can prepare different types of pastry from the mixture as well, such as excellent rolls or rustic bunns.

How to prepare?

Instructions for preparation

Ingredients for the preparation of the bread – 500 g of the bread mixture, 440 ml of water, 20 ml of oil, 15 g of fresh or approximately 5 g of dried yeast. Out of the 500 g of the dry mixture, we will bake bread weighing approximately 900 g. In home bread bakery machine: pour water, oil, fresh or dried yeast to the baking container and add the bread mixture. The recommended dosage of yeast and water applies to gluten-free baking programs with the dough proofing time of approximately 45 – 50 minutes and 60 minutes of baking. The dough should no longer be stirred again during the proofing. In a regular oven: mix all ingredients according to the recipe and knead. Let the well processed dough rest for approximately 5 minutes and then place it in a properly greased baking mould. You can shape the dough with your slightly oiled hands or you can pour buckwheat flour under it, for example. You can cover the dough in a seeds mixture as well. Fill the bread baking mould to up to 3/5. Let it leaven for 45 – 60 minutes (at the temperature of 35 °C) and protect from getting crusty. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180 °C for 50 – 60 minutes. Select both top and bottom heat.
