Description

In addition to regular side dish dumplings, you can use the mix also for the preparation of fruit dumplings, croquettes or hash browns.

Potato flakes 34 %, millet flour, corn flour, corn starch, rice flour, potato starch, thickener: guar flour, salt, leavening agent (E 450, E 500).

How to prepare?

Instructions for preparation

Mix 500 g of the mixture with 500 ml of water. Stri properly and let it leaven for approximately 20 minutes, stir again and put the dough in a properly greased and in glutten-free flour covered baking mold. Let it leaven for a few minutes and bake for 1 hour at 180 °C.
