Description
Miso soup is a basic part of the Japanese cuisine. Its base consists of thick spice soybean paste, salt and usually a kind of grain called ''miso''. The paste has been produced for hundreds of years in the same way - selected soy beans are burdened with a stone and fermented for 3 years in cedar barrels.
The Muso Company was established 30 years ago according to the basic principles of macrobiotic diet, which is a specific way of eating and lifestyle. The company emphasises and focuses on quality and uses traditional manufacturing processes. The ingredients used to produce the products are not genetically modified.
