Description
Miso soup forms a basic part of the Japanese cuisine. Its base consists of thick spice soybean paste, salt and usually a kind of grain called "miso". The paste has been produced for hundreds of years in the same way - selected soy beans are burdened with a stone and fermented for 3 years in cedar barrels.
