Description
Use:
- Yeast dough with baking powder - it does not matter if you use yeast or baking powder, Hraška will replace egg well in both cases
- Pancakes - add hraška instead of eggs and your pancakes with vanilla flavour will taste extraordinary
- Sweet sauce - for sweet puddings and žemlovka, you can use sauce made of vanilla pea mixture, the pudding will become connected thanks to the sauce even without eggs
- Covering - dough made of this mixture can be even used for covering fruit, which can consequently be fried
Hraška is a Czech family-based company with many years of experience, engaged in the production of protein concentrates of plant origin, covering and seasoning mixtures.
