Description
The delicate smell and taste of this oil will not destroy the taste of prepared meals. Sunflower oil is obtained from sunflower seeds. Sunflower as a plant comes from North America and in addition to oil production, it is used as a decoration. During the production process, sunflower seeds are first mechanically cleaned and partially peeled in order to smoothen their taste and decrease their acidity. Then the grains are cold pressed, without the use of dissolvents. This step is subsequently followed by several filtering of the oil with the use of an absorbent paper.
