Country Life Coconut oil is produced from coconut palm fruit. The oil is made from grated pulp, which is heated to max. 42 °C so that all the water evaporates. The first-class coconut oil is obtained from the following dried pulp cold pressing.
It has a wide variety of use in the kitchen, here are some tips:
- Chinese, curry and other Asian meals - we also offer deodorized option without the coconut aroma and flavour
- Baked vegetables and potatoes
- Biscuits or cookies
- Delicious quiche and sweet cakes dough - 200 g whole-grain wheat flour, 100 g coconut oil and 50 ml water
- Frying pancakes
- "Cookie" cheesecake base - blend 100 g oatmeal, 100 g nuts, 50 g coconut oil and 4 tablespoons agave syrup
- Raw desserts and creams
