Description
Cocoa is made of cocoa tree seeds and it is the basic ingredient for the production of chocolate. Cocoa has a distinctive bitter taste and is cultivated primarily in Western Africa. The origin of cocoa can, however, also be found in South America, where it has spread from in the 16th century.
