Description
The basic active ingredient of the chewing gum is mastiha, a natural resin that has been known for its positive effects since the Middle Ages. Reportedly, this resin in its pure form was the first natural gum ever. Mastiha provides a significant disinfectant effect. It helps effectively rid the oral cavity of unwanted bacteria. It also has a positive impact on digestion. Chewing gums are sweetened with xylitol, a natural birch sugar that, unlike traditional sugar, helps prevent tooth decay.
Composition
Sweeteners: xylitol, sorbitol, mannitol, chewing gum base (antioxidant: tocopherol extracts), Chios mastiha 2.5%, stabiliser: glycerine, natural lemon flavour, lemon oil, thickener: gum arabic, polishing substance: carnauba wax, beeswax, shellac. It does not contain sugar. May contain traces of soya.Storage
