Warranty period, expiration 

The minimum expiry is indicated for most product. On the internet, the expiry of product is displayed from its production date. 

The date of minimum expiration may not be indicated on the packaging of cosmetic products whose minimal expiration is more than 30 months. For such products, an indication of the period for which the product can be used after opening without harming the consumer should be indicated.  This information shall be indicated by the symbol of the open cream container and the time (in months or years) – for cosmetic products.

For drugstore products only batches are listed.


Claim procedure

The customer can contact us via phone or e-mail at objednavkyeshop@countrylife.cz or at eshop@countrylife.cz, where the further processing of the claim will be arranged. 
 1)    The customer must announce the claim in advance. For example, send the goods back to K Vypichu 1039, Rudná u Prahy, Prologis Logistics Complex, Hall 7. Please enclose a cover letter with the goods. The customer will send the goods back to the seller's premises as soon as possible after the complaint has been reported.
2)    The claimed goods must be packed in a suitable shipping container because the seller is not liable for any mechanical damage before receiving the goods.
3)    In the event of an unjustified complaint, the customer is not entitled to refund its expenses associated with the handling of the complaint and at the same time, the seller is not entitled to refund its expenses incurred on his part (unless it was customer's, for example, a repeated unjustified claim, which could be considered as an abuse of customers rights).
4)    In the case of a justified complaint, the customer has the right to reimbursement of postage in the amount of the necessary costs for delivery (these costs must be proven by the customer with a transport document).

It is not possible to apply a complaint if the expiration date for the claimed products has expired.

Complaint processing

The seller informs the customer via telephone or email about the way of processing the complaint. The deadline for settling the claim is 30 days from the receiving of the complaint by the seller.
The deadline for settling the claim is set by Act No. 89/2012 Coll.

Procedure in case of withdrawal

In the case of withdrawal, the contract is canceled from the outset, and the seller shall return to the customer or customer to the seller all accepted fulfilment.
The customer may withdraw from the contract by notifying the seller of this fact, e.g. electronically to the email address objednavkyeshop@countrylife.cz or eshop@countrylife.cz or in writing to the seller´s contact address.

When withdrawing, it is recommended to state: the order number, variable symbol and date of purchase and present the original or a copy of the proof of purchase.

Shipments from which it is not evident why they were sent, will be returned to the sender. If the customer has already received the goods, he will send the goods back to the seller's address, where the seller will assess the condition of the returned goods without undue delay.

The goods returned to the seller must be intact, undamaged, unpacked, complete (including all documents provided and the original packaging) in order to refund the full payment. 

Contradiction from the contract of sale

In the case of goods conflicting with the contract,  ("Contradiction from the contract of sale"), the matter proceeds under the provisions of § 2095, 2096 of the Civil Code.
