Amylon is a Czech brand engaged in the production of starch foods such as puddings, dumplings, porridges, thickeners, pancakes, potato pancakes, baking powders and many more. The history of Amylon dates back to the end of the 19th century. Amylon itself was founded in 1912 by merging two starch factories in Přibyslav and Nížkov. Since 2011, Amylon has been producing a range of gluten-free products in organic quality that can be found in our assortment. Amylon supports local production.
