Order and delivery information
- We supply shops, e-shops, wholesalers, restaurants and all caterings through the wholesale store.
- Product prices are listed in a separate price list and are constantly updated; our registered customers can request from a sales representative or customer centre.
- At the first order, it is necessary to send a copy of the trade certificate, registration certificate, opening hours
- When ordering goods, please use the electronic order price list which can be obtained from your regional sales representative.
- Always include the business name of the company (customer), the address of the place of delivery (establishment), ID, or the date of delivery (according to the schedule) in the electronic order sheet. When ordering for the first time, always include a contact number and opening hours.
- Indicate the required quantity for the items ordered.
- The time that takes to prepare your order is 24 hours within working days.
- Delivery of ordered products will be carried out according to a valid delivery schedule.
- Goods marked 0 are not in stock and will be delivered based on a binding order outside the schedule of deliveries by appointment.
