The customer can choose any goods from our offer. Most of the goods we have in stock. Otherwise, we will contact the customer and try to arrange a replacement, or repair the order with the customer or cancel the order.
Goods ordering
The customer can order goods in several different ways:
- The customer can register (here), then put the goods into the cart and place the order.
- Without previous registration (the customer will be automatically registered after placing the order, then the login information will be sent to the customer to be able to use it for the next purchase).
The prices of the goods are always shown for each item of the goods and are valid at the moment of placing the order.
Order cancellation
The customer and the seller can cancel the order until the goods have been dispatched without giving a reason. If the seller cancels the order, he usually provides the reason why the order cannot be processed. Cancellation of the order is possible only with the prior consent of the seller and the customer until the moment of the concluded contract, and under conditions that mutually agree.
