If you prepare your meal from wholegrain flour, its colour might be darker than what you are used to. Darker colour, however, does not lower the meal´s tastiness, it does the opposite actually. Wholegrain flour has a beautiful scent and tastes delicious as well.
Use:
- Pastry - bread or cookies, replace the regular flour in your recipe with the wholegrain one, it will enrich your menu
- Frying - vegetable hash browns, for example, taste delicious when prepared from wholegrain flour
- Dumplings, pasta, halušky - the wholegrain flour is also a perfect ingredient to use when preparing cooked side dishes
- Thickening - meals with a coarse consistency might be thickened by this wholegrain flour
Flour does not contain any added substances that prevent lumps, regulate acidity or improve quality of the flour.
