Here you can find out the way how we deliver goods and the way you can purchase them.

Shipping 

The goods to be shipped must be confirmed by the seller. The customer will receive an automatic confirmation of the order by e-mail. This message informs the customer that the order is being processed. At this moment, the purchase contract is concluded. In addition to the automatic confirmation of order receipt, the customer receives a notification from the carrier that the shipment was handed over to the delivery service and when it will be delivered.

We supply goods within the Czech and Slovak Republic.

Delivery time

Ordered goods will be delivered as soon as possible by mail order service up to 5 working days from the order binding confirmation. Goods are considered delivered by delivery to the address specified by the customer in the order.

The payment method for goods and transport

The customer has a choice of three ways to pay the purchase price for the goods:

  • Goods can be paid in full by cash on delivery (cash, in some cases also by credit card)
  • Through a gateway payment on the Internet
  • Twisto payment

Cash on delivery
Payment will be made at the point of delivery using a contractual mail order service (cash will be handed to the courier of the mail order service; now it is also possible to pay by credit card).

Gateway payment
Payment by card, which is entirely free of charge is a safe and convenient way of cashless shopping.
When accepting payment cards, 3D-Secure security is used - the latest application of the MasterCard and Visa Card Associations allowing secure card payments on the Internet. Your credit card information is entered directly into the bank's website through the bank's payment gateway interface. Therefore, none of our employees or third parties has access to your credit card information, and the data is transmitted via HTTPS, a secure protocol that encrypts this information.
We accept the following cards: VISA Electron, VISA, Maestro, MasterCard.
The use of VISA Electron and Maestro electronic cards is only possible if your issuing bank allows it. It is also possible to use the so-called virtual cards issued by some banks, which are exclusively designed for payments on the Internet.

Twisto payment
"Twisto" payment is provided by Twisto payments a.s., IČ: 01615165, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section B, Entry 19085, based at Újezd 450/40, Malá Strana, 118 00 Prague 1 on the basis of the Twisto invoices by assigning of a long-term claim to payment to Twisto payments a.s. under the conditions stated in the "General Terms and Conditions for Customers of the" TWISTO "Service.
Should the buyer uses the “Twisto” service mediated by the seller and provided by Twisto payments a.s., the buyer is obliged to pay the payment (i.e. the total purchase price and freight costs) within 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods.
The purchase contract is concluded by completing the order by the buyer, accepting the order by the seller (by written email confirmation) and paying the ordered goods by the buyer or by using the "Twisto" service.
The buyer agrees that by selecting Twisto in the seller´s shopping cart, following the Twist payment approval, the buyer accepts the “General Terms and Conditions of TWISTO customers”.

The goods delivery will not contain a tax document. We'll send you your tax receipt electronically.

IN-TIME Delivery

Shipping to the specified address is provided by the seller via mail order service only in the Czech Republic.

Shipping costs up to CZK 1,200 for goods including VAT are set at CZK 69 including VAT.

In the case of cash on delivery shipment, it is increased to CZK 89, including VAT (price for cash on delivery is 20 CZK including VAT).

If the customer chooses to pay through a gateway payment, the customer only pays for transportation, not cash on delivery.

Orders over CZK 1,200 including VAT include FREE shipping and no cash on delivery.

DPD Delivery

Shipping to the specified address is provided by the seller via mail order service in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

Shipping cost up to CZK 1,200 for goods including VAT is set to CZK 79 including VAT (CZ) CZK 89 including VAT (SK).

In the case of cash on delivery, it is increased by CZK 20, including VAT. (price for cash on delivery is 20 CZK including VAT).

If the customer chooses to pay through a gateway payment, the customer only pays for transportation, not cash on delivery.

Orders over CZK 1,200 including VAT include FREE shipping and no cash on delivery.

Acceptance of goods

We recommend that you inspect the goods immediately upon receipt. If mechanical damage to the package is found, write a record of the package damage in the presence of the carrier and have the carrier confirm this. In the case of damage to the goods themselves, the customer will be given a discount or new goods will be sent.
By signing the waybill, the customer agrees to accept the goods and confirms that they arrived mechanically undamaged. We recommend that you check that all the ordered goods and their quantities were in order within 3 days of receipt of the goods. Later claims of this nature will not be taken into account.
